• General return policy:

    -Contact our customer service department and start the return process within 7 days after receiving your items.
    Please note Merchandise must be returned in original, unused condition with all original tape, plastic protectors,
    and stickers intact and having never been removed. Item must not be tampered with or opened in any way.
    Watches must be unworn with no sizing changes. Without our knowledge, we cannot handle any returned products.
    If you wish to return any part or all of the order, you need to contact our customer service department and get the “product return” form that must be attached to the package.
    All returned items will be checked. When we receive the return package and confirm that there is a problem with the product, we will handle the refund.

     

     

  • Shipment error:

     

    -once we confirm that your goods are shipped (goods are different from the items ordered), we will be responsible for the exchange of goods and postage.
    You can also return it and get a full refund, including postage.

     

  • Defective, damaged or sealed items:

    -Please check the packing carefully before signing the contract.
    You can get a full refund for the purchase price and the freight charges for defective, damaged or misshipped goods. If your item is damaged during transportation,
    we recommend that you take a photo or video and get a“damage proof”document from the carrier.
    The products need to be returned to our warehouse if our After-sales Team asks for a return.

     

  • Cancellation policy:

    -two days later, the unpaid orders will be cancelled automatically.
    orders cancelled within 24 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for full refund.
    orders cancelled after 24 hours of payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund, including 80% of the total freight and product purchase price.
    once your order has been shipped, it will not be cancelled.
    Refunds are available regardless of payment type.

     

     

  • Force Majeure:

    -We takes no responsibility for any product damaged or shipping delay caused by the act of god, including but not limited:
    epidemic situation, international situation, strike, war, earthquake, flood, virus, storm, heavy snow, customs inspection. However, we will notify you by Chat, Email, etc.

     

  • Shipping Method Limits:

    —Some shipping methods are not trackable when orders arrived at some Countries, States, or Cities.
    We list those shipping methods in advance and will not accept any disputes when you choose those shipping methods for some countries, including:
    PostNL, Turkey Post, Swiss Post, Electric PostNL to USA, UK, Canada, Australia, South Africa, the overseas territories and overseas island areas.

    ACME offers returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    We also offer a 3-years mechanical warranty on the functionality of the watch movement (fully functioning watches are not applicable).
    Water damage and damage at the hands of the purchaser (i.e., dropping it,and damage from people) is not applicable for either the 30-day returns or 3-years mechanical warranty.
